If you just need a tool to help you get started the Weekly Meal Plan is for you. You’ll get a simple general meal plan delivered in your inbox every Friday morning. You’ll have enough time to prepare your grocery shopping list and get everything you need for the upcoming week! Note: this meal plan is not custom to the individual, but a general ketogenic style meal plan.

In this club you’ll get access to monthly general meal plans, my ebook guides that help you understand more about this lifestyle and the support of a group of people that are on this journey with you.

In my class you’ll receive a general meal plan, a carnivore style meal plan for faster results, I’ll calculate your custom individual macronutrients so you’ll know exactly the amount of calories, protein, fat and carbs to consume to see weight loss. You’ll also have access to all my ebook and guides to help you understand the science behind the lifestyle. You’ll have the opportunity to weigh in and have daily accountability checks. We also give out cash prizes and I do live group coaching and answer all your questions.
