Keto Garlic Cheddar Pizza Biscuit

1 Keto Cheddar Garlic Biscuit

1 oz beefsteak Tomato (mashed up)

2 pepperoni slices

1/2 Slice Mozzarella Cheese

Slice biscuit.

Mash tomato and spread on biscuit.

Cut the 1/2 slice of cheese in half again and place on top of tomatoes.

Place pepperoni on top.

Microwave or toast or until Cheese is melted.


This is how I made it, next time I will put the cheese on first and then the tomato so the biscuit stays firm.
