Habanero Beef Short Ribs & Parmesan Riced Cauliflower

You can use whatever seasonings you want on the meat if spicy isn’t your thing.

Habanero Short Ribs

1/4 beef broth

3 tbsp heavy cream

3 tbsp cream cheese

3 tbsp butter

1.28 lbs of short ribs

@flavorgod Habanero Seasoning

1. Sear meat in frying pan

2. Transfer to crockpot

3. Add softened cream cheese, butter, and broth.

4. Add seasonings

5. Cool for 6-7 hours on low - stir every so often to combine sauce.

6. Once meat is done, remove from crockpot and add heavy cream and whisk to combine.

7. Drizzle sauce over ribs when you serve


Makes about 3 servings- macros for one

Creamy Parmesan Riced Cauliflower

16 oz riced cauliflower

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese


1. Heat butter in skillet

2. Add riced cauliflower and sauté

3. Add cream and cheese

4. Stir to melt and combine

Makes 5 servings - 1/2 cup per serving

Macros for 1 serving (very filling)
