 Keto Lemon Garlic Chicken Zucchini Noodles


11 oz chicken

4 tbsp kerrygold butter

Flavor God Lemon Garlic Seasoning

16 oz zucchini noodles

7 oz grape tomatoes

1 tbsp lemon juice

4 oz Feta cheese

1 oz green onions

1. Cook chicken in 2 tbsp butter and season with lemon garlic seasoning on medium.

2. Remove from pan and set to the side.

3. Add tomatoes and 1 tbsp butter - sauté

4. Use the back of the spatula to slightly pop the tomatoes to release the juice for the sauce.

5. Add 1 tbsp butter and zucchini noodles.

6. Add cooked chicken back to pan.

7. Cook until noodles are done.

8. Sprinkle feta cheese and green onions on top.


Makes about 4 servings - macros for 1
