RECIPE | KETO BUFFALO FRIED SHRIMP
Keto bUffalo fried shrimp
Ingredients
Avocado or Coconut Oil
Shrimp (raw)
3 scoops of Isopure Unflavored Protein Powder
1 tbsp salt Salt
1 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
3 eggs
Hot Sauce
Butter
instructions
In a shallow dish, combine the protein powder with all the seasonings.
In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and 3 tbsp of hot sauce
In another shallow dish melt butter and mix with 1 tbsp of hot sauce for each tbsp of butter you use.
Heat oil in a large skillet
Dip shrimp in egg mixture
Dip shrimp in protein powder
Place in the frying pan and fry.
Gently flip until golden brown.
Remove from oil and allow to cool
Dip in butter and hot sauce mixture
These things are absolutely amazing! They are a bit of work, so be prepared! I know I usually do super simple and easy recipes, but this is worth it. Since you’ll be working so hard and deserve all the awards, I’d serve this with a wedge salad, with some blue cheese crumbles, bacon crumbles and dressing.
