Cajun butter halibut & parmesan squash
Keto Parmesan Riced Squash
Ingredients
16 oz diced squash
8 oz cherry tomatoes
5 tbsp butter
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp heavy cream
instructions
Sauté sliced tomatoes in 1 tbsp butter in medium heat.
Add remaining butter, add squash to pan and sauté until cooked.
Add Parmesan cheese and heavy cream and stir to melt
Cajun Butter Halibut
Ingredients
4 oz Halibut Filet
2 tbsp butter
Flavor God Cajun Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400
Season fish with salt, Cajun season and top with butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until done.
