Garlic Butter Parmesan Crusted Salmon

1 tbsp kerrygold butter

8 oz Salmon (2 pieces)

Flavor God Garlic Lovers Seasoning

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Parsley

1. Preheat oven to 425

2. Place fish in a pan on parchment paper and season and place butter on top.

3. Cover with parchment paper and cook for 10 minutes

4. Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Cook until done.

Makes 2 servings / Macros for 1

Cheddar Bacon Broccoli Rice

4 oz diced broccoli

2 slices of bacon

2/3 cup cheese

1 tbsp kerrygold Butter

1. Cook 2 slices of bacon

2. Add diced broccoli and butter and sauté

3. Add cheese and stir to combine until Cheese has melted
