Keto Creamy Sausage & Pepper Skillet


1 tsp macadamia nut oil

1/2 tbsp kerrygold Butter

4 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar

4 oz asparagus

10 oz bell peppers

1.5 lbs mild Italian Sausage

Salt to taste


1. Add oil to pan and heat on medium

2. Add diced bell peppers and asparagus

3. Sauté until cooked, remove from pan, set to the side

4. Add sausage to pan and cook until brown

5. Add veggies back to pan

6. Add cream cheese, butter, and salt.

7. Add cheddar cheese and stir to melt


Makes 4 - 1 cup servings / Macros for 1


662 calories/ 48g protein/ 48g fat/ 1g carbs

you can reduce the macros by using less sausage, but whoever needed less sausage 😂
