Keto Pork Fried Rice

Keto Pork Fried Cauliflower Rice

6 tbsp butter

10 oz cooked pork chops strips

4 oz diced zucchini

3 oz diced baby carrots

4 oz red cabbage

14 oz riced cauliflower

2 Scrambled eggs

1/2 oz diced green onions

3 tbsp soy sauce

1. Cook diced pork chops in 2 tbsp of butter and Flavor God Garlic Lovers.

2. Remove from pan - set aside.

3. Add zucchini, carrots, and 1 tbsp of butter.

4. Add cabbage and 1 tbsp butter, sauté

5. Add cauliflower rice and 1 tbsp butter, sauté

6. Add pork back to pan and sauté

7. In a separate pan scramble 2 eggs in 1 tbsp of butter or you can do it right in the middle of the pan.

8. Combine and add soy sauce

9. Add green onions.

Makes 6 cups - serving 1 cup
