RECIPE | MEXICAN CHICKEN PEPPERS
RECIPE | HOUSE OF KETO MEXICAN CHICKEN PEPPERS
Ingredients
6 Bell Peppers
3 cups of cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground black pepper
Slice bell peppers in half and sprinkle with salt
Turn upside down on a baking sheet
Cook in oven on 400 for 15 minutes
Remove peppers from oven and turn them right side up
Heat chicken in a pan with seasoning mixture
Fill peppers with meat and sprinkle with cheese
Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted
Serve & Enjoy! Top with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, jalapeños and fresh onions!!
