RECIPE | CREAMY TUSCAN BEEF CASSEROLE
Creamy Tuscan Beef Casserole
INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
2lbs ground beef
2 cups cherry tomatoes
3 cups chopped green beans
2 cups Heavy Cream
3 cups Gouda cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Pepper
2 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Oregano
2 tbsp Basil
INSTRUCTIONS
Sauté ground beef in olive oil seasoning it with 1 tbsp each of salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
Drain and pour meat in to your baking dish
Sauté green beans in a drizzle of olive oil, salt and a dash garlic powder
Pour on top of ground beef
Sauté cherry tomatoes in a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper.
Cook tomatoes for 7-9 minutes and then add heavy cream to the pan and reduce the heat to low
With a fork or spatula, gently pop the tomatoes to release the juice
Add the cheese and gently stir to melt and combine.
Add 1 tbsp salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil to sauce.
Pour cheese sauce over beef and green beans. You can stir a bit to make sure everything is covered
Top with Parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
