RECIPE | KETO BEEF LASAGNA
Keto Beef Lasagna
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs ground beef
4 cups marinara sauce
3 eggs
30 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp basil
1 lb Sliced Deli Chicken
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook ground beef with half of the seasoning mixture (1 tbsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, oregano, basil & black pepper)
Drain meat, return to pan and add the sauce to the meat mixture.
In a separate bowl combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
In a greased casserole dish spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
Place one layer of chicken sliced on top of sauce
Spread one layer of ricotta cheese mixture on top of chicken slices
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of ricotta cheese mixture
Repeat layers as necessary.
Top with mozzarella and any remaining meat sauce.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
We all know the lasagna rule - *Allow to cool a bit before slicing so it’s not runny*
I made mine in a 11 x 15 glass dish or a half size deep foil pan.
