RECIPE | BUFFALO CHICKEN

Buffalo chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken breast

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

8 tbsp cream cheese (room temp)

4 tbsp sour cream 

2 cups hot sauce

1 tbsp salt

2 tsp pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper 

1 tbsp garlic powder 

1 tbsp onion powder

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles 

instructions

Combine salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. 

Season chicken and set to the side.

Combine cream cheese, 1 cup of hot sauce, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese in a food processor. If you don’t have one, heat the mixture in microwave just enough that you’re able to stir it to combine it all together.

Place seasoned chicken breast in a baking dish. 

Drizzle 1/2 cup of hot sauce on top 

Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the chicken breast and top with remaining hot sauce, cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles. 

Cover with foil and Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Remove foil and continue to bake until chicken is done.
