Buffalo Chicken Burger

112g Shredded Chicken

14g Coconut oil

28g cream cheese

28g shredded cheddar

1 tsp hot sauce


Heat coconut oil in pan on med-high heat

Sauté cooked chicken to heat and cook until it starts to get a little brown.

Add cream cheese and mix around with the chicken to help it melt.

Add cheese and stir around

Add hot sauce

Separate while in pan to make 2 patties and press down with spatula.

Cook each side and flip occasionally until they are slightly crispy and firm on the outside.
