Three Cheese Cauliflower Bacon Mac & Spicy Crockpot Pulled Pork
Keto Dinner!! The pulled pork holds up great in the fridge and can be used for other dishes!
Three Cheese Cauliflower Bacon Mac
3 slices of bacon
6 oz diced cauliflower
1/4 cup Gouda cheese
1/4 cup Gruyere cheese
1/4 cup cheddar
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp kerrygold Butter
1. Cool bacon diced bacon and remove from pan.
2. Remove most of the bacon grease from the pan, leave about 1-2 tbsp in the pan.
3. Add diced cauliflower to pan and sauté
4. In a separate pot, bring heavy cream and butter to a slight boil.
5. Whisk in cheeses until melted.
6. Add cooked cauliflower to pot and stir to combine.
7. Add bacon and stir.

Spicy Pulled Pork
2lbs Center Cut Pork Roast
1 stick of butter
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Hot sauce
1/2 cup water
Flavor God BBQ Seasoning
1. Place all ingredients in crock pot
2. Cool on high for 6 hours
3. Shred and stir in juices
