RECIPE | SPINACH BREAKFAST BAKE
House Of Keto | Spinach Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
12 eggs
1 cup bacon crumbles
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup havarti cheese
1 diced bell pepper
3 green onions diced
1/3 cup sour cream
5 oz spinach
1 tbsp Flavor God Garlic Lovers
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Whisk eggs together with seasoning.
Add sour cream and whisk to combine
Add peppers, onions, bacon and shredded cheese - (saving a small portion of cheese and bacon to top dish)
Fold in spinach
Grease casserole dish with avocado oil spray
Pour egg mixture in dish and push down any spinach so that egg is covering it. You don’t need more eggs. (I like using a pie dish)
Top with a little bit of left over cheese and a sprinkle of bacon crumbles.
Bake on 350 for 25 - 30 minutes or until Center is cooked (this will depend on the thickness of your dish)
Notes:
You can add different ingredients, this is great with sausage, turkey bacon, ham or any other type of meat you want to add. I used a blend of havarti and sharp cheddar - this might be hard to find, but any cheeses will work. Pick your favorite. You can also substitute Garlic Lovers for some onion and garlic powder.
This freezes great and is great for meal preps!
